Value Line, Inc. Announces a Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.18 Per Common Share, a Special Dividend of $0.20 Per Share and Reaffirms Share Buyback Program

New York, Jan. 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Value Line, Inc., (NASDAQ: VALU) announced that its Board of Directors declared on January 19, 2018 a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share, payable on February 9, 2018, to stockholders of record on January 29, 2018.  The Company has 9,700,515 shares of common stock outstanding as of January 19, 2018.

The Board of Directors also declared a special dividend of $0.20 per common share, payable on March 9, 2018, to stockholders of record on February 23, 2018

The Board of Directors also reaffirmed the Stock Repurchase Program of up to an aggregate of   $3 million of Value Line, Inc.’s common stock adopted on September 19, 2012, with $417,000 remaining under the program.
